KISS OF THE SNOWQUEEN

A long story... But in short it's a dramatization of Hans Christian Andersen's story "The Snowqueen", written by american playwriter Erin Cressida Wilson with my music. 2 hours long - and song through - so it was quite a job. Commissioned by "Team" Teatret in Herning to mark their 25th. years jubilee and performed on a icehockey stadion; seen by 6000 spectators... Besides the live excerpt (End of act 1) I've chosen to give You the main ballad "Kay's Rejse" with danish lyrics, performed by Hanne Boel in a simple studioversion and with full orchestra from a rare concert in Tivoli (the latter taken from a cassettedeck, so it has that authentic vintage sound to it :-), and finally an early studiorecording with Nina Forsberg of the song "Baby It Hurts" in a jazzy liveversion.
